During your session, your practitioner will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health through detailed discussion, visual diagnosis, and personalized recommendationsall from the comfort of your own home.
Telehealth appointments are ideal for patients who live far from our New York City office, those seeking preliminary consultations before in-person treatment, or anyone who prefers the convenience of virtual care. Many health concerns can be effectively addressed through Chinese herbal medicine and lifestyle guidance alone.
What to Expect During Your Session
New Patient Consultation (45 minutes - 1 hour)
Your first telehealth session is a thorough evaluation designed to understand your unique health situation. Your practitioner will:

You'll receive a secure link via email to join your session. The platform is browser-based, so no special software downloads are required. Before your appointment, you'll receive intake forms and preparation materials to help you get the most out of your session. For pediatric appointments, we'll provide question lists to help parents prepare in advance.
Our Practitioners
Our Telehealth services are provided by our team of licensed acupuncturists: Moshe Heller, Lucia, and Eyal. Each practitioner brings their own unique style and approach to Chinese medicine while maintaining the same high standards of care and session structure.
Herbal Medicine & Shipping
If Chinese herbal formulas are prescribed during your session, we typically ship them directly to your address. Herbs are usually delivered within 3-7 business days. Shipping costs $15, though local pickup is also available for patients in the New York City area. Detailed instructions for taking your herbs are provided upon request. If your dosage requires special guidance, your practitioner will ensure you have clear directions.
